is not received iwithin 7 days of the order, the fish will be placed
back into the active stock list.

JustOneMoreBetta.com Shipping Policy
Shipping will be by Canada Post unless otherwise requested.
All Bettas
will be shipped by next-day delivery unless you
specifically request three-day delievery. However, overnight
delivery is strongly recommended for the health of your bettas.
Your bettas will be
double bagged and placed in a cardboard box lined with styrofoam.
The fish will not be fed the day before shipment to reduce
the production of waste in the bag. Shipments will be sent on
Monday or Tuesday only. A tracking number will be sent to
you, and I ask that you please ensure you are available to accept the
delivery.
All orders will include a box
fee of $5.00. When required due to cooler
weather conditions, a heat-pack fee of $4.00 will be added to your
order.
Local pickup is available. No box fee will be charged if you
have your own container for transporting the Bettas.
Receiving your Bettas
When you receive your
order of Bettas, please open the box slowly, away from
bright light. This is less stressful on the fish.
Float the bag inyour aquarium for 15 to 20 minutes to bring
the water in the bag up to the aquarium water temperature.
Open the bag and release
the Bettas into your aquarium. The fish will be
stressedout so it may take a day or two for their true colours to
return.
Tip: feed your fish shortly after you release them into your tank.
By the time you release the fish, it has been several days
since their last proper meal, and a meal of a good quality fish food
will help them feel at home.
The Betta "Arrive Alive Guarantee"
I do have an "arrive alive" guarantee
for your bettas. This only applies if you choose
to have your fish shipped by next-day delivery.
The following rules apply:
1) You must be available at the time of delivery. If the
fish arrives dead, you will be refunded the cost of the fish, or a
similar replacement fish (when available) will be sent.
2) Shipping will not be refunded.
3) In order to receive a refund, you MUST send me a clear picture of
the dead fish in the UNOPENED
BAG within three hours of receiving the fish. No
exceptions are accepted.
Bettas will sometimes nip their own tails when stressed (for example,
during shipping). I guarantee the fish will be sent in prime
condition but cannot guarantee that they won't nip their fins during
transit.
